The Advanced Learning Section
Welcome to the advanced learning section on my website. I feel strongly that making voting decisions shouldn't be just a matter of picking a candidate's name out of a hat. Ideally through the campaign we can get to know the various candidates at least to some extent. However that alone seems to me only half of the equation. As a voter myself I would also like to match what I think I know of a candidate for a given position, to an enhanced understanding of that same position. Below I have provided links to some of the heavier legislative language that drives the education system in Ontario and by extension what the real parameters of School Board Trustees are.

Speaking at the Board Meetings or Standing Committees (Delegations)
All meetings are open to the public, however as observers only. Members of the public who wish to speak at a Board or Standing Committee meeting can do so if they register as a Delegation. I have provided a link below for the details of this process.
